Registration & Accommodation

These online events are for all high school educators, guidance counsellors and community partners who work with students with disabilities, as well as prospective students, families and supporters looking to learn more about specific documentation requirements and accommodations.

If multiple members from the same school are planning to join, please only complete a separate form if you will be using more than one device to join.

Event Details

Date, Time, Location: There are two dates scheduled for this event. 

  • The first event is scheduled from 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM (Eastern Time) on Tuesday February 11, 2025. This is an online event and will take place over Zoom. Access details will be sent to registrants after registration.
  • The second event is scheduled from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM (Eastern Time) on Tuesday June 3, 2025. This is an online event and will take place over Zoom. Access details will be sent to registrants after registration.

Format: This event will be led by 2 staff members at Accessibility Services, University of Toronto, St. George Campus. Participants will learn more about documentation requirements and accommodations for Learning Disabilities, ADHD and ASD at the University of Toronto, St. George Campus. Participants will also have opportunities to ask questions through a Q+A function on Zoom.

Participation: Being on camera, using your mic, or participating in the chat are all optional. We welcome you to participate in a way that works for you. Participants are welcome questions or simply observe to learn from ongoing discussions.

Materials: You are not required to bring any materials to these sessions, but we encourage you to come prepared with questions. Slides will be sent to attendees via email after the session is over.

Platform access information: This is an online event and will take place over Zoom. Access details will be sent to registrants after registration. Please ensure your Zoom access is up to date to make the most of this session. For information and guidance on how to set up and use Zoom, please check the Zoom website and tutorials (e.g., how to join meetings, meeting controls, breakout rooms, closed captioning, etc.). This event will not be recorded, but slides will be sent to attendees after the presentation via email.
